While I have no idea whose fault it is, Monday mornings are still the same whether you’re on vacation, or going to work… OK, well, maybe since I’m technically on a “Working vacation” it just feels that way to me.
At any rate, all the riders hit the road between 7:30 and 8:00, and are presently flying westward, back into NH- this time to the resort town of Bartlett, just west of Conway, to the 5 Star Attitash Grand Summit Hotel. It’s a beautiful day, 75F with just the tiniest of breezes and partly cloudy skies- Naturally it gets hotter as the day goes on, but Rest Stop 2 is at Bobbie Sue’s Ice Cream, (Which is I believe in the town of Freedom) for a nice refreshing snack… And considering all the calories they’re burning this week, they can have seven Ice creams and 3 chocolate shakes and still be OK.
When’s the last time someone told you that?
At any rate, the truck is almost loaded, and needs it’s driver- so off I go.
